Jo has run a busy remedial massage practise since 2007. Over the years her knowledge and treatments surpass just a loosen up massage. Jos treatments impower the client with the knowledge and relief to get back on top of the pain and associated problem causing the pain or restriction in  the body.

Chronic back pain is absolutely manageable and treatable with jos therapy. Jo also has extensive experince with pregnancy massage, athletic management, aging bodies and any kind of restriction in the body which needs to be resolved.
